Compliance Assurance Services for Contracts
Managing numerous contracts and continuously aligning them with changing legislation is a time-consuming, manual process for many companies. The platform developed in the project automatically digitizes contracts, extracts relevant information, and links it via a Legal Knowledge Graph to current legislation, case law, and other documents from multiple jurisdictions (EU, AT, DE, ES, IT). The system proactively notifies users of changes in legal requirements or contractual obligations – multilingually and across borders. This automates compliance processes, reduces costs, and minimizes risks.
